COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, JUNE 16, 2014
CALL TO ORDER
The June 16, 2014, City Council “Pre-Meeting” was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Bray, Costales, Graham, Henry, Hussey,
Mihalevich, Prather, and Scrivner
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Nominations of Ward 2 Candidates – City Counselor Drew Hilpert explained the
method for nominations as provided in the City Code. Councilman Bray
suggested the Council should vote on a motion to close nominations after all
nominations were concluded tonight. Mr. Hilpert agreed that would be helpful to
prevent any confusion about other potential nominees coming forward after the
meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:50 P.M.
