COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, MARCH 3, 2014
CALL TO ORDER
The March 3, 2014, City Council “Pre-Meeting” was convened at 5:47 P.M. by
Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Bray, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather,
Schulte, and Scrivner
Absent: Tergin
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
BILLS:
Interim City Administrator Drew Hilpert explained the substitute Bills 2013-141
and 2013-124 in the packet, and he also explained that staff is requesting
suspension of the rules on 2013-144.
INFORMAL CALENDAR:
Staff requested that Bill 2013-124 remain on the Informal Calendar for one more
meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
