COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, APRIL 7, 2014
CALL TO ORDER
The April 7, 2014, City Council “Pre-Meeting” was convened at 5:47 P.M. by
Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Bray, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather,
Schulte, and Tergin
Arrived after Meeting Convened: *Scrivner (arrived at 5:48 p.m.)
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Adoption of Agenda: A motion was made by Councilman Bray to amend the
agenda by taking up Resolution RS2 013-57 before Resolution RS2013-56. The
motion was seconded by Councilman Prather.
*Councilman Scrivner arrived at this point in the meeting (5:48 P.M.).
The motion was then approved unanimously.
Councilman Scrivner stated he may have some language to propose as an
amendment to Resolution RS2013-57.
Consent Agenda: Councilman Schulte stated he would be requesting to
consider Bid 2723, Electric Parking Vehicle, separately, and requested that it be
removed from the Consent Agenda to allow for individual consideration and
discussion.

The meeting adjourned at 5:56 P.M.
