Ms. McMillan explained that the airport is currently constrained with the amount of land for future development and expansion. Mr. Mehrhoff inquired if the property northwest of his hangar was suitable for future development. In response, Mr. Craft explained that this particular property is currently being used for fill. He stated that it would be very difficult to put buildings on that property due to the instability of the ground.
