A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 77098 (TPM 2017-01)
WHEREAS, on August 8, 2017, the City of Lynwood Planning Commission met
and approved Lynwood Planning Commission Resolution No. 3378; and
WHEREAS, the development at 3405 Elizabeth Avenue, Lynwood, California
90262 requires the preparation and recordation of Parcel Map No. 77098; and
WHEREAS, the Parcel Map No. 77098 has been reviewed by the City Engineer
for accuracy and compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and the City's
Subdivision Ordinance and the final map is now ready for approval by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council finds the above recitals to be true and correct and
hereby approves Parcel Map No. 77098.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of March, 2022.
