The Electrical Board of Examiners and Review met at 5:00 p.m., July 10, 2013, in the Small
Conference Room of the John G. Christy Municipal Building. The meeting was called to order
by Bill Stockton.
Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the May 7, 2013 meeting were approved as presented.
Review Application for Master License for Justin Hoskins
An application for Master license for Justin Hoskins was reviewed and a motion to approve was
made by Jim Gooch and seconded by Sam Thomas. The motion carried on a voice vote.
Review Application for Master License for Ronnie Kissick
Ronnie Kissick's application for a Master license was reviewed and a motion to approve was
made by David Steinman and seconded by Ray Fink. The motion carried on a voice vote.
Old Business
There was no Old Business.
New Business
1. An application for Master license from Gary R. Peek was reviewed. A motion to approve
the application was made by Sam Thomas and seconded by David Steinman. The
motion carried on a voice vote.
2. The Board discussed the need for better anchoring practices as it has been observed
that in some instances unapproved anchors have been used. It was decided that Bill
Stockton would include a notice in the year-end letter, as well as insure that all items that
were inspected were properly anchored.
Set Date for Next Scheduled Meeting
The date for the next meeting was set for September 11, 2013 at 5:00 p.m.

With no further business the meeting was adjourned.
