The Electrical Board of Examiners and Review met at 5:00 p.m., August 14, 2013, in the Small
Conference Room of the John G. Christy Municipal Building. The meeting was called to order
by Bill Stockton.
Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the July 10, 2013 meeting were approved as presented.
Review Application for Journeyman License for Jonah L. Guile
An application for Journeyman license for Jonah Guile was reviewed and a motion to approve
was made by Jim Gooch and seconded by Richard Green. The motion carred on a voice vote.
Review Application for Journeyman License for Rodney Spoor
An application for Journeyman license for Rodney Spoor was reviewed and a motion to approve
was made by Chris Bruemmer and seconded by Jim Gooch. The motion carried on a voice
vote.
Review Applications for Journeyman exams for Jason Delashmit, Paul Witzel and
Edward Martin
An application for Journeyman exam for Jason Delashmit was reviewed and a motion to
approve was made by Richard Green and seconded by Chris Bruemmer. The motion carried
on a voice vote. An application for Journeyman exam for Paul Witzel was reviewed and a
motion to approve was made by Sam Thomas and seconded by Jim Gooch. The motion carried
on a voice vote. An application for Journeyman exam for Edward Martin was reviewed and a
motion to approve was made by Richard Green and seconded by Sam Thomas. The motion
carried on a voice vote.
Old Business
There was none.
New Business
An application for Journeyman exam from William Craft was reviewed. A motion to approve the
application was made by Jim Gooch and seconded by Chris Bruemmer. The motion carried on
a voice vote.

Jeff Sapp submitted an application for Journeyman license. The application was reviewed and
a motion to approve was made by Chris Bruemmer and seconded by Sam Thomas. The motion
carried on a voice vote.
An application for a Master license for Ronald Williams was reviewed and a motion to approve
was made by Jim Gooch and seconded by Richard Green. The motion carried on a voice vote.
Set Date for Next Scheduled Meeting
The date for the next meeting was tentatively set for October 9, 2013 at 5:00 p.m.
Adjournment
With no further business the meeting was adjourned.
