The Electrical Board of Examiners and Review met at 5:00 p.m., January 22, 2014, in the Small
Conference Room of the John G. Christy Municipal Building. The meeting was called to order
by Bill Stockton.
Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the October 9, 2013 meeting were approved as presented.
Introduction of Bill Luebbert
Bill introduced Bill Luebbert as his replacement as Electrical Inspector.
Review of License Activity for 2013
Bill Stockton reported that there are 58 electrical contractors who have renewed their
contractor's license for 2014. There were 8 new Master licenses issued and 14 new
Journeyman licenses issued for 2013.
Old Business
There were none.
New Business
An application for Master license from Steve Frank was reviewed. A motion to deny the
application due to lack of proof of having a Journeyman License was made by David Steinman
and seconded by Sam Thomas. The motion carried on a show of hands.
An application for a Master license from James Fischer was reviewed and a motion to approve
was made by Ray Fink and seconded by Richard Green. The motion carred on a show of
hands.
Bill Stockton presented a request to consider allowing the "pre -Block" contractor's license to be
able to become inactive and then be able to be reinstated at a later date. Without a motion for
action the request was dropped.

Set Date for Next Scheduled Meeting
The date for the next meeting was tentatively set for March 5, 2014, at 5:00 p.m.
