1. Call to Order and Introduction of Members, Council Liaison and Staff
The Chairman and 6 regular members were present. It was determined a quorum was present
and the meeting was called to order at 6:33 p.m.
2. Approval of Agenda .
Ms. Barkhaus made a motion to approve the agenda as written and Mr. Lester second. Motion
passes.
3. Approval of Minutes from the Regular Meeting of January 15, 2013
Ms. Nelson made a motion to approve the minutes as written and Ms. Barkhaus second. Motion
passes.
4. Recycling Update
Ms. Henry gave an update on recycling programs.
5. Environmental Outreach and Education
The Commission members discussed goals and strategies for the Make Your Mark Campaign.
6. Non -Motorized Transportation Plan Update
Mr. Wheeler made a motion to approve the Resolution Endorsing a Shared Road Bicycle Route
with some amendments. Mr. Winkelmann second. Motion passes.
7. Other Business
There was no other business.
8. Adjourn.
Mr. Higgins made a motion to adjourn and Mr. Winkelmann second. The meeting adjourned at
8:20 p.m.
