Members present were as follows: Name 1/13 Member Ray Bledsoe X Member Donald Cline X Member George Minze Member Curtis Creagh X Member Judith Dupuis X Member Chris Ricks X Member Kyle Ament Member Valerie Weber X Member Roger Schroeder X Staff Derek Heislen Staff Kay Steuffer, Asst to Chief X 9 Active Members 8 The board approved minutes for the meeting Sep 30, 2010 and for the Nov 9, 2010 Disciplinary Hearing. The board was notified that we were losing two members: Mrs. Valerie Weber had completed her term and Mr. Glen Costales had moved away from Missouri. These two persons were replaced by new appointees: Mr. Kyle Ament and Mr. George Minze. The board held election of officers that resulted in the following: President: Chris Ricks; Vice-President: Judy Dupuis; Secretary: Curtis Creagh The Board reviewed and agreed to the schedule for Police testing and secured proctors for the test to take place on February 12th. There would be two exams, one in the morning beginning at 9am and one in the afternoon beginning at 1pm. C Creagh and Mr. Chris Ricks would proctor the first exam; Ms. J Dupuis and Mr. D Cline would proctor the second. The meeting was adjourned at 12:35pm. Respectfully, Curtis E. Creagh
