Eight persons attended as follows: BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT (4) Others PRESENT (4) Mr. Chris Ricks (Chair) Chief Roger Schroeder Curtis Creagh (Secretary) Karen Jennings Mr. Donald Cline (Vice Chair) Jeremy Cover, Atty Ms. Kelly Dillon Melissa Bennett, Court Reporter BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT (3) Mr. George Minze Ms. Lisa Turner Mr. Ray Bledsoe Following greetings, roll call was taken with a quorum of four being present. Closed Session A motion was made by Cline and seconded by Dillon for the Police Personnel Board to go into closed session to hear an appeal related to the Animal Control Section of the JCPD. Roll call vote was as follows: Chris Ricks – yes Donald Cline – yes Curtis Creagh – yes Ray Bledsoe – absent Kelly Dillon – yes George Minze – absent Lisa Turner – absent A motion was made by Cline and seconded by Dillon for the Police Personnel Board to come out of closed session; the motion passed. Roll call was as follows: Chris Ricks – yes Donald Cline – yes Curtis Creagh – yes Ray Bledsoe – absent Kelly Dillon – yes George Minze – absent Lisa Turner – absent Next meeting date – In lieu of the regular monthly meeting date, the next meeting is Thursday, November 8, 2012.
