Introductions Poo-fd1fmal introductions made. 2. Acceptance of the November 10, 2010 meeting minutes A- motion was made by Mr. Washburn to approve the November 10, 2010 minutes as written, seconded by Mr. Prather. All in favor, minutes approved as written. Mr. Louraine was absent for this vote. 3. New: Business ay Discuss Immaculate Conception School pick up and drop off procedures Chairman Ahlers explained this was a safety issue. *Mr. Louraine arrived at this time (8:04 a.m.). Group discussion among the members took place. Chairman Ahlers requested staff draft a letter to the school from the Commission that their procedure was discussed and Commission members would like to meet with school staff to discuss a solution to the traffic problems. 2 Transportation and Traffic Commission March 16, 2011 Ib) Update on West Main school crossing Mr. Smith explained the school crossing controller was damaged by a semi truck and staff will be upgrading the lights as the current lights do not stand out and are not ADA compliant. c) Road Project overview for 2011 Mr. Bange gave a presentation on upcoming road projects, including Lafayette Street, East McCarty Street, Water Street, Missouri Boulevard sidewalks, and the Greenway Trail. 4.
