THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
ORDINANCE NO. 41~
AN ORDINANCE ESTALISHING AND PROVIDING FOR SALARY
OF CERTAIN OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY AND
PROVIDING FOR THE HETHOD OF PAYMENT THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE:
Section 1. There is hereby established and provided the following
salaries for the following designated officers and employees of the city:
Municipal Judge...................................$500.00 per annum
Clerk of the Municipal Court......................$ 25.00 per session of court
Director of Public Safety and Protection
(Marshall). . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $250.00 per annum
Section 2. METHOD OF PAYMENT
The foregoing salaries may be paid in monthly, quarterly or annual payments
in a proper proportionate amounts as may be deemed advisable by the Treasurer
of the City.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its publication in the
office city newspaper.
