COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, JULY 7, 2014
CALL TO ORDER
The July 7, 2014, City Council “Pre-Meeting” was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Bray, Costales, Graham, Henry, Hussey,
Mihalevich, Prather, and Scrivner
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilman Bray stated he would make a motion to amend the agen da to add
Resolution RS2014-13 which was distributed to the Council this afternoon.
Mayor Struemph asked City Counselor Drew Hilpert to be prepared to explain the
process for electing the Ward 2 Council Member which will occur at the
beginning of the Regular Meeting.
Councilman Costales asked if staff could make a brief presentation explaining
the recent increase in sewer rates. Matt Morasch stated he would be happy to do
so.
