A. A request for the Planning Commission to consider Site Plan Review
No. 2021-45, draft Mitigated Negative Declaration No. 2021-45 and also
make recommendations to the City Council for the project's Development
Agreement at 11350 Wright Road (APN 6194-031-007). The project is
described as the construction of a proposed a new, 75-foot tall (from the
top of the sign to the apex of the freeway grade), V-structure, digital
billboard with a sign face of 14' x 48' (per sign face) on a single
supporting post adjacent to and immediately west of the Interstate 710
Freeway Corridor. The subject site is zoned (M) Manufacturing.
