Home My Public Portal About076-1987- TRANSFER WITHIN THE GENERAL FUNDAN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND WHEREAS, It has been determined that it is now necessary to transfer money within the fund appropriated in the annual budget. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana; SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the several appropriations, herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same: GENERAL FUND Fire Department 4000-Capital Outlays AMOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED APPROPRIATED $ 3,270 .00 $ 3,270 .00 SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now have unobligated balances which will not be needed for the purposes for which appropriated, it is further ordained that the following existing appropriations be reduced in the following amounts. Said notice stated that a public hearing would be held on the , 1987, by the Common Council to consider additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the year 1987 within the City of Richmond, Indiana. The Proof of Publication was examined and found to be in order. Councilmember moved the Proof of Publication be received and filed, seconded by Councilmember and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried. The Clerk read on second reading Ordinance No. 76-1987. President Brookbank announced Ordinance No. 76-1987 was on public hearing.
