No. 9-1986 This transfer ordinance moves $1,500. from Building Repairs to Personnel Services. The original 1986 Fire Department budget had appropriated a part time secretary position at $5,500. An intra category transfer form i=LSA O/T of $5,000. plus this transfer of $1,590 provides $12,500. for a full time secretary/office manager as a COMET I. Recent amendments by Congress to FLSA allow for the "banking" of O/T and eliminates the need for the $5,000 appropriation.
