AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 61-1985 RATIFYING THE SALARIES, WAGES, AND
POSITIONS FOR APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE RICHMOND SANITARY DISTRICT
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1,1986 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31,1986 AS
ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SANITARY COMMISSIONERS.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6-1985 was adopted by the Board of Sanitary
Commissioners on July 9, 1985.
WHEREAS, it has now been determined by the Commissioners of the Richmond
Sanitary District that a change in the personnel at the William Edwin
Ross Wastewater Treatment Plant is now necessary; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Richmond desires to ratify Resolution
No. 7-1986 and incorporate Resolution No. 7-1986 into Ordinance No.
6 1-1985 ;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana that:
SECTION I. Resolution No. 7-1986 adopted by the Board of Commissioners for the
Richmond Sanitary District on March 11, 1986 is hereby adopted by
reference, ratified, and incorporated into this ordinance as amending
the salary ordinance for the Richmond Sanitary Districy being
Ordinance No. 61-1985.

WHEREAS, a Resolution is required to amend Resolution No. 6-1985 adopted
by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Sanitary District of Richmond,
Indiana, on July 9, 1985, for the calendar year of 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of
the Sanitary District of Richmond, Indiana, that Resolution No. 6-1986 for the
calendar year of 1986, beginning January 1, 1986, and ending December 31,
1986, shall be amended as follows:
DELETE: 1) Wm. Edwin Ross Wastewater Treatment Plant
Sewer Maintenance Foreman $17,763.20 (8.54/hr.)
(2) Operator Class B $16,827.20 (8.09/hr.)
ADD: 1) Wm. Edwin Ross Wastewater Treatment Plant
Sewer Maintenance Foreman $19,973.00
(2) Operator Class A $17,430.80 (8.38/hr.)
