AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING THE NAME OF
CREEK TRAIL DRIVE FOR THE EXTENSION OF CREEK TRAIL DRIVE FROM
PORTABELLO PLACE DRIVE TO LECAR DRIVE.
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the City to provide a rational system of street names and
addresses, within the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The name, "Creek Trail Drive" shall be accepted for the section of street
beginning on Creek Trail Drive at Portabello Place Drive and ending at LeCar Drive.
Section 2. Affected property owners and entities shall be notified of the change.
Section 3. Upon passage and approval of this ordinance, the City Clerk shall file a
certified copy thereof with the Recorder of Deeds of Cole County, Missouri.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
