AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
2013-2014 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY
APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the General Fund
$25,000.00 as indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto, for the replenishment of funds
used to purchase street chemicals.
Section 2. This appropriation shall survive until the purchasing limit on Bid 2746
is reached and will not be forfeited to the fund balance at the end of the current budget
year.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
