BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, that;
SECTION I. A city election shall be held for the purpose
of electing a Mayor and two (2) City Councilmen to serve until Apri1,1972
and until their successors are duly elected and qualified . Such election shall
be held in the City Hall in the City of Richland Hills , Texas on April 4 ,1970
between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 7:00 P. M.
SECTION II. Qualified person;may file as candidates by
filing with the City Secretary or the Mayor on or before March 5,19 70.

n SECTION III. /' is hereby
appointed an election judge and such election judge shall choose such other
election officers as the judge may deem proper.
SECTION IV. Absentee voting shall commence on March 12,1970
at 8:00 A.M. and shall close on March 31,1970 at 5:00 P . M. Such absentee
voting shall take place in the office of the City Secretary.
SECTION V, The election shall be conducted pursuant
to the election laws of the State of Texas .
