RESOLUTION
.— APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
TARRANT COUNTY WATER SUPPLY CORPORATION
THE STATE OF TEXAS
CITY OF: Richland Hills
COUNTY OF TARRANT
On this the 10 day of April 19 70 , the City
Council of the City of Richland Hills , Texas,
convened in regular session at the regular meeting place thereof,
there being present and in attendance the following members:
Mayor:Paul C. Daniels
Council Members: L. E. Klein,
Charles Launius
Jim Morgan
Bill Davis
Mr. Bill Davis moved the adoption of the
following Resolution and it was seconded by Mr. Jim Morgan
The Resolution was adopted and is as follows:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
Richland Hills , Texas, that:
Mr. Charles Launius of the City of Richland Hills Texas,
possesses the mature judgment, experience and knowledge necessary to
the appropriate discharge of responsibilities as a member of the Board
of Directors of Tarrant County Water Supply Corporation, and is hereby
appointed representative of the City of rRichland Hills, Texas
on Tarrant County Water Supply. Corporation Board of Directors.
This appointment is for a full term of office to begin April 1, 1970
and will expire on April 1, 1972
