111*. An Ordinance levying and providing for the collection of taxes
on all real and personal property in the City of Richland Hills
for the maintenance of the General government, for the paying ry
of interest on and retiring of bonds, for the taxable year of
1970. Providing for deposits in separate bank accounts,
providing for specific use of funds, for keeping of bank
accounts for the effective date.
Be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Richland
Hills, Texas:
Section 1. There is hereby levied and shall be collected for the
use and support of the general government of the City, and for the
payment of interest and the retirement of bonds of the City for
the taxable year of 1970; a tax of $1.06 on each $100.00
valuation of taxable property, real and personal, situated in
the corporate limits of the City.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in force and shall be
effective from and after the date of its passage and publication
as required by law.
Adopted and passed this 24th. day of July, 1970.
