1. Call to order, roll call, and determination of a quorum
Ms. McMillan called the meeting to order at 10:05 a.m. A quorum of 12 voting members or their designee
was present.
2. Public comment
None received.
3. Adoption of the agenda as printed or amended
Mr. Morasch moved and Mr. Robinett seconded to adopt the agenda as printed. The motion passed
unanimously.
4. Approval of the minutes from the meeting of April 3, 2014
Mr. Robinett moved and Mr. Morasch seconded to approve the minutes from the meeting of April 3, 2014
as printed. The motion passed unanimously.
5. Communications from the presiding officer
A. OneDOT pertaining to the FY2015 Unified Planning Work Program
B. OneDOT pertaining to the 2015-2019 Transportation Improvement Program

6. New Business
A. Public Participation Plan
Mr. Rotenberry explained that several policies have been categorized in order to have an effective and
transparent way for CAMPO to communicate with key transportation stakeholders and the citizens at -large.
Those policies include: (1) public and stakeholder involvement; (2) meeting and public notice procedures;
and (3) outreach activities.
Mr. Lockwood arrived at 10:13 a.m.
After additional discussion, Committee members agreed to table this until the August 7, 2014 meeting for
additional review and comment by the Federal Transit Administration and Federal Highway Administration.
7. Other Business
A. Status of current work tasks:
1. Memorandum of Understanding (MDU)
Mr. Sanders explained that the Law Department has been updating basic information regarding additional
jurisdictions in the MPO area. Staff has also been addressing a recommendation from the last FHWA/FTA
review.
Mr. Landwehr arrived at 10:17 a.m.
2. Performance Measures
Mr. Sanders explained that CAMPO will be identifying performance measures and using MoDOT's
Tracker System to help develop different targets. He stated that staff will be integrating these performance
measures into our project selection process.
3. Wayfinding Plan
Mr. Sanders announced that Acrturis will be facilitating a Stakeholder Meeting on July 17, 2014. He stated
that a public meeting is tentatively scheduled for the week of August 18, 2014.
B. Information Only: Administrative Modification to the 2015-2019 TIP
1. TIP #2013-04: Pavement improvements to US 50. Sponsor: Missouri Department of Transportation
2. TIP #2011-07: US/50 Lafayette Street Interchange. Sponsor: Missouri Department of Transportation
C. Approve Closed Session Minutes of April 3, 2014
Mr. Morasch moved and Mr. Lockwood seconded to approve the Closed Session Minutes of April 3, 2014.
The motion passed unanimously.
D. Member Updates
Jefferson City
--Mr. Bange gave an update on the Water Street Restoration and Clay Street Bike Plaza projects. An
open house was held on June 26, 2014 for the US54 and Stadium Boulevard Interchange project.
--Mr. Lockwood gave an update on the McKay Park Greenway Connector.
Missouri Department of Transportation
--Mr. Engelbrecht announced that the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission approved the
project list for Amendment 7 at their July 9, 2014 meeting.
10. Next Meeting Date -"Thursday, August 7, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in the Boone/Bancroft Room.
