APPOINTING BOROUGH ATTORNEY IN THE
BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, there exists a need for a Borough Attorney for the Borough of Carteret for
2001;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
ROBERT J. BERGEN, ESQ.
is hereby appointed Borough Attorney for the Borough of Carteret, effective
immediately.
Adopted this Ist day of February, 2001
and certified as a true copy of the
