COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, JULY 21, 2014
CALL TO ORDER
The July 21, 2014, City Council “Pre-Meeting” was convened at 5:47 P.M. by
Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Bray, Costales, Graham, Henry, Hussey,
Mihalevich, Prather, Scrivner, and Ward
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Planning & Protective Services Director Janice McMillan answered questions
asked about Bill 2014-41 (reclassification of personnel in building inspection
division).
Public Works Director Matt Morasch explained the changes in Substitute Bill
2014-28 (agreement for utility agreement for Lafayette Interchange project) which
has been distributed.
Human Resources Director Gail Strope stated she had an announcement to
make regarding a public forum for the Fire Chief selection process.

The meeting adjourned at 5:54 P.M.
