ORDINANCE NO. 88- 623 -UE
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY EXTENDING ORDINANCE 87 -599 -U
AND 87 -602 -U IMPOSING A MORATORIUM ON USES
RELATING TO THE BUSINESS OF ACUPRESSURE
PENDING PLANNING COMMISSION STUDIES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section
65858 of the Government Code of the State of California, and
following a public hearing held with respect thereto in the
manner provided by law, City Council does hereby extend
Ordinance No. 87 -599 -U and Ordinance No. 87 -602 -U for an
additional one year.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple
City shall certify to the passage and adoption of this
Ordinance and as an extension of an Urgency Ordinance shall
be effective immediately; and shall cause the same to be
published in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of general .
circulation in the City of Temple City.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance,
being Ordinance No. 88- 623 -U, was introduced as an Urgency
Ordinance at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Temple City, held on the 5th day of January, 1988
and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council,
and attested by the City Clerk by the following vote of the
council.
AYES: Councilmen- Atkins, Dennis, Froehle, Swain, Gillanders
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT:Councilmen -None
