BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND

{ HILLS, TEXAS, that:
SECTION 1. There is hereby created a "Library Board" for the City
of Richland Hills, Texas.
SECTION 2. The Board shall be composed of five (5) citizens of
the City of Richland Hills . The terms of office of each member shall
11 coincide with the term of the office of the Mayor. The members of the Board
11 shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by the City Council.

lffi SECTION 3 . The Board shall meet at such times and places as it
Ideems advisable. It shall have the duty of advising the City Council on
all matters pertaining to the library of the City.
