ORDINANCE NO. 88 -625
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING A CHANGE
OF ZONE FROM R -1 TO R -2 IN CASE 87 -892
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon a Public Hearing for a
change of zone from R -1 to R -2 for property located at
5766 -68 North Loma Avenue, Temple City, the City Council
finds:
A. That the present land uses and any vested
rights on the land subject to this zone change
are protected, are left intact and the applica-
ble zoning ordinance provisions do not prevent
the reasonableuse of any property rezoned by
the City's actions.
B. That the request for change -of zone form R -1 to
R -2 is consistent with the adopted General Plan
and will bring the zoning into conformity with
the existing improvements on the lot.
C. That the Planning commission has recommended
such rezoning.
SECTION 2. Accordingly, said zone change is
approved and the zone map amended accordingly.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage and adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the
same to be published accordingly to law.

I, Chief Deputy City Clerk of the City of Temple City,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordi-
nance No. 88 -625 was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council of. the City of Temple City held on the 5th day
of January 1988, and was duly adopted by said Council at
their regular meeting held on the 19th day of January 1988.
