THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, MONDAY, JUNE 4, 2007
There was an Executive Session of the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana on Monday,
June 4, 2007, in the Council Chambers in said City. President Diana Pappin presided and the following
business was conducted:
ROLL CALL
Councilors present were Howard "Jack" Elstro, Etta. Lundy, Bruce Wissel, Karl Sharp, Bing Welch, Larry
Parker, Al Glover, Gil Klose and Diana Pappin.
Per 1. C. 5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(b)(2)(B), there was discussion of the initiation of litigation or litigation that is either
pending or has been threatened specifically in writing.
No subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the subject matter specified in the
public notice.
