BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S MEETING MINUTES
June 13, 2006
1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order to at 6:02 p.m. in the City Hall Council Conference
room at 3200 Diana Drive.
Director's Present: David L. Ragan, Director
Jeff Ritter, Director
Douglas Bell, Director
Don Acker, Vice-Presidet
Mike Sloan, Director
Director's Absent: Phil Heinze, Director
City Staff Present: James W. Quin, City Manager, Kim Sutter, City Secretary,
Police Chief Barbara Childress.
2. CONDUCT PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING FY 2006-07 RICHLAND HILLS
,,.k. CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT BUDGET
City Manager Quin presented the budget to the Board of Directors.
Vice-President Acker opened the public hearing at this time.
No one in the audience requested to speak.
Police Chief Barbara Childress was in attendance to answer any questions of the
Board.
There being no others requesting to speak, Vice-President Acker closed the public
hearing.
3. ADJOURN
There being no further business to come before the board, Vice-President Acker
adjourned the meeting at 6:14 p.m.
