CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT
BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
June 27, 2006
1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order to at 6:16 p.m. in the City Hall Council
Chambers at 3200 Diana Drive, Richland Hills, Texas.
Director's Present: David L. Ragan, Jeff Ritter, Doug Bell, Don Acker,
and Mike Sloan.
Director's Absent: Phil Heinze
City Staff Present: James W. Quin, City Manager, Kim Sutter, City
Secretary
2. Approve Tuesday, February 28, 2006 and Tuesday, June 13, 2006
Regular Meeting Minutes.
MOTION: A motion was made by Director Sloan, and seconded by
Director Ritter, to approve the minutes as presented. The
motion carried by a vote of 5-0.
3. Elect President of the Crime Control Prevention District Board of
Directors.
MOTION: A motion was made by Director Ritter, and seconded by
Director Sloan, to elect David L. Ragan to serve as the
president of the Board. The motion carried by a vote of 5-0.
4. Approve FY 2006-07 Crime Control and Prevention District Budget.
MOTION: A motion was made by Director Acker, and seconded by
Director Ritter, to approve the FY 2006-2007 Budget as
presented. The motion carried by a vote of 5-0
5. Adjournment
There being no further business to come before the board, President
Ragan adjourned the meeting at 6:20 p.m.
