CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT
MEETING
AUGUST 20,2013
Mayor Bill Agan called the Special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers
of the Richland Hills City Hall,3200 Diana Drive, Richland Hills,Texas.

with the following members absent: none, constituting a quorum, at which time the following®
business was transacted:
1. Call to Order
2. Approve Minutes from February 19, 2013 and March 5, 2013 CCPD Board Meeting.
3. Conduct public hearing on the proposed FY 2013-14 Budget.
Mayor Agan opened the public hearing.
There being no one to speak, Mayor Agan closed the public hearing.
4. Consider FY 2013-14 Richland Hills CCPD Budget.
City Manager Hawk briefed Council on the CCPD budget. One item was added under
capital, with an addition of$40,000 for improvements. At the end of next fiscal year, we
anticipate having revenue balance of$223,693. It shows in current year budget $200,000
for acquisition for the property next to the Police Department.
MOTION: A motion was made by Director Goveas, and seconded by Director
111/ DeSoto to approve. Motion carried by a vote of 5-0.

City Manager stated at the meeting to approve the budget, there will be an item on the .00
agenda to ratify and approve the CCPD and Economic Development Corporation budget
recommendations.
MOTION: A motion was made by Director Williams, and seconded by Director
DeSoto to adjourn.
5. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor Bill Agan
declared the meeting adjourned at 6:05 P.M.
