® RESOLUTION NO. 1996 -22
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A TEMPORARY TRANSFER FROM
CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND TO GENERAL FUND
AND CEMETERY FUND (PENDING TAX DISTRIBUTION)
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, has determined that it is
necessary to transfer the sum of One Hundred Thousand and no /100 Dollars ($100,000.00) from
the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund to the General Fund and the Cemetery Fund in order
to provide funds for the City's obligations pending tax distribution.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Indiana, pursuant to I.C. 6- 7- 1- 31.1(c) authorize a transfer from the Cumulative
Capital Improvement Fund to the General Fund and the Cemetery Fund, a total sum of One
Hundred Thousand and no /100 Dollars ($100,000.00).
PASSED AND RESOLVED the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
regular meeting this 0C day of ( 1996.
