APPOINTING JOSEPH RISCHAK PART TIME FIRE SUBCODE
OFFICIAL
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Part-Time Fire Subcode Official in the
Inspection of Buildings Department;
WHEREAS, Joseph Rischak is qualified for said position;
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointment;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that
JOSEPH RISCHAK
be appointed Part-Time Fire Subcode Official in the Inspection of Buildings
Department of the Borough of Carteret, at a yearly salary of $12,480.00, effective
January 6, 2003.
Adopted this 19th day of December, 2002
And certified as a lrue copy of the
