The City Council of Medina, Minnesota met in special session on March 5, 2013 at 6:00
p.m. in the City Hall Chambers. Acting Mayor Weir presided.
I. ROLL CALL
Members present: Martinson, Anderson, Pederson and Weir.
Members absent: Crosby
Also present: City Administrator Scott Johnson.
II. CLOSED SESSION: PENDING LITIGATION
The meeting adjourned to closed session at 6:02 p.m. to discuss pending litigation.
The meeting reconvened to open session at 6:50 p.m.
III. ADJOURN
Acting Mayor Weir adjourned the meeting at 6: 51 p.m.
