Those present were Julie Livingston, Monty Parks, John Major, Wanda Doyle, Barry Brown, and Bill Garbett. Also attending were Dr. Shawn Gillen, City Manager; Bubba Hughes, City Attorney; George Shaw, Director, Community Development; and Janet LeViner, Clerk of Council. Mayor Buelterman listed the following items on the consent agenda: Small Business Saturday, November 25, 2017 City Council Minutes, October 26, 2017 Julie Livingston made a motion to adjourn to Executive Session to discuss litigation and personnel. Monty Parks seconded. Vote was unanimous, 6-0. Monty Parks made a motion to return to regular session. Wanda Doyle seconded. Vote was unanimous, 6-0. Mayor Buelterman called the regular meeting to order at 7:00PM. All those present for the consent agenda were present. Opening Ceremonies Call to Order Invocation – Jan LeViner Pledge Allegiance Recognitions and Proclamations Anna Bloess, Quarterly Youth Council Spotlight Reports of Staff, Boards, Standing Committees Jenny Orr, Tybee Festival Association – Postponed until December 2017 Wanda Doyle made a motion to approve the consent agenda. Monty Parks seconded. Vote was unanimous to approve, 6-0. Consideration of Ordinances, Resolutions Second Reading, 2017-15B, Decal. Wanda Doyle made a motion to approve. Monty Parks seconded. Vote was unanimous to approve, 6-0. Council, Officials and City Attorney Considerations and Comments Shawn Gillen: Fire Fighters Cancer Benefit Program. Wanda Doyle made a motion to approve. Monty Parks seconded. Vote was unanimous to approve, 6-0. Barry Brown: Status of back-flow on the outfalls. No action Bubba Hughes: Meddin Drive. Move to December 2017 City Council Meeting City Manager’s Report Hazard Mitigation Grant Program - Update Monty Park made a motion to adjourn. Wanda Doyle seconded. Vote was unanimous, 6-0.
