CANCEL APPROPRIATION BALANCES
WHEREAS, the following 2002 Current Fund budget
appropriation balances remain unexpended:

149.200 Garbage and Trash 40,000.00
161.200 Utilities-Gasoline 20,000.00
138.200 Public Assistance-O.E. 10,000.00
291.200 Bond Principal 100,000.00
Totals $180,000.00
WHEREAS, it is necessary to formally cancel said balances
so that the unexpended balances in the amount of
$180,000.00 may be credited to surplus;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the
Borough of Carteret, State of New Jersey, that the above
listed unexpended balances of the Current Fund be
cancelled accordingly.
