THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
ORDINANCE No. ~5
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS TO THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
SEDGWICK COUNTY, KANSAS, IN CONFORMITY WITH K.S.A. 12-519,
et. seq. as amended.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS:
Section 1. The following described lands, to wit:
I. The North Thirty (30) feet of the West ~ if the Northeast
l..t of Section 30, Township 26s, Range 2 East of Sedgwick .
County, Kansas.
II. The North Thirty (30) feet of the East ~ of the Northeast
l..t of Section 30, Township 26s, Range 2 East, Sedgwick
County, Kansas.
III. The South Thirty (30) feet of the East ~ of the Southeast
l..t of Section 19, Township 26s, Range 2 East, Sedgwick
County, Kansas.
is hereby annexed into and made a part of the City of Bel Aire,Sedgwick
County, Kansas, in conformity with K.S.A. 12-519 et. seq., as amended.
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its publication in the official City newspaper.
