COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, AUGUST 18, 2014
CALL TO ORDER
The August 18, 2014, City Council “Pre-Meeting” was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
President Pro Tempore Bob Scrivner in the absence of Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Bray, Costales, Graham, Henry, Hussey,
Mihalevich, Prather, Scrivner, and Ward
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Appointments: Councilman Graham stated he will be making a motion to
amend the appointments as published on the agenda to correct the term
expiration date for Planning & Zoning Commission appointee Dale Vaughan from
May 2015 to May 2018.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:51 P.M.
