AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE 2013-2014
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL
FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplementally appropriated from the General Fund - Fund
Balance to the Note Principal and Note Interest accounts, $391,800.70 as indicated on Exhibit A,
attached hereto.
Section 2. The City Administrator is authorized to utilize this money for payment in full of
the City's debt to the Fireman's Pension fund as evidence in the Promissory Note attached on
Exhibit B, attached hereto, and to sign any payment necessary to accomplish release of the Note.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval. T
