1.EXECUTIVE SESSION (ROOM 211)
i. The Board will consider approving executive session minutes:
8/11/15, 9/11/15, 9/15/15, 11/3/15, 11/17/15, 12/1/15, 12/15/15.
ii. CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS, LITIGATION AND REAL PROPERTY
1.To discuss strategies with respect to strategy with respect to collective
bargaining (Police and Fire Department).
2.To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion
personnel relative to the Town Manager.

The Board will consider accepting the following public session minutes:

ii. GIFTS (ACTION)
The Board will consider accepting a gift to Hopkinton Fire Department Ambulance
Fund in the amount of $155.00 from WCH classmates in memory of Constance
Marquedant.
7:00 PM STATE PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY ELECTION WARRANTS (ACTION)
4. The Board of Selectmen will consider signing the March 1, 2016,
State Presidential Primary Election Warrants as requested by the Town Clerk.

7:05 PM BEAVER ACTIVITY IN WHITEHALL BROOK (ACTION)
5.The residents of Huckleberry Rd will present a remediation proposal developed by the
beaver specialist Malcolm Speicher to address beaver issues in their neighborhood.
Residents also submitted an application for Emergency Beaver Permit received to the
Board of Health. The Pratt Farm Master Plan Team (PFMPT) is requesting the Board of
Selectmen to engage in beaver dam abatement within Whitehall Brook in conjunction
with the residents of Huckleberry Road so that the PFMPT can begin the work
charged to them and accurately locate the wetland boundaries and buffer zones.

7:30 PM HOPKINTON SUSTAINABLE GREEN COMMITTEE CHARGE (DISCUSSION)
6.The Board will discuss revising the charge for the Hopkinton Sustainable Green
Committee.

7:45 PM FY 2016 SECOND QUARTER FINANCIAL UPDATE
7. CFO will present financial update to the Board.
8:00 PM LIQUOR LICENSES: 2016 CHANGES & HOURS OF OPERATION POLICY (ACTION)
8.The Board will review hours of operation policy for restaurants and related
establishments and then consider approving (9) licensee request for a change in
hours or other aspects of their licenses.
