Kelley Klancke- at the last meeting Klancke was given temporary water to the confluence building, Mr. Klancke is requesting water without conditions. Klancke stated that he is not tied with Randall at all and it was unfair to give him water on conditions tied to Randall. Rogers stated that the line has not been checked out fit as yet. Drake commented that the line did hold preasure but it did not met standards water could be used from this line until the problem is corrected. Drake was asked about fire protection on this line for the building in question Drake stated he thought it was adaquate at present. Bickle made a motion to provide service the two buildings of Twin Rivers when easements are provided, and that the line has not been accepted by the town, 2nd Baker, Baker aye, Bickle aye, Edwards no,Claytoh aye, carried. Bickle stated that because of the problems the Town has been faced with, he suggested that Duilding permits should not be is3ued were there are in- adaquate mains. Tabled. Fire Dept.- Discussed with the plans for a central located fire station. As determined by the fire district at this time, Fraser was the best choice or this location. Fire district asked the Town if they would trade lots owned by thc Town for the old fire house. At this time the board would not comment on this. 6usan Anderson of the Planning commission told the fire district that she would like to see this idea go to public hearing and to the tlanning Commission, as they were working on land use decissions and this location may not be the best. The Trustees at this point asked the fire district to comment on if Ptg. subdivision was adaquate for fire protection as presentl being served by the water system of of an tempvrary main 4". Jeff Kinder stated that the fire district would state that this subdividion does not have adaquate fire protection and that they would help stop issuing building permits, intil such time as adaquate fire protection was provided. Drake asked to comment on this. Drake stated that the present evelopment could be adaqaately protected as long as a multiple fire des not happen, but service out of a 4" main was not adaquate for extreme development but the scymentic water plan approved with the fire pumps would be adaquate for futher development. his opinion was that it would be hard to answer this question as to many varibles exist such as man power, equipment, etc. FORM 5O C. The fire district was told that anything that was presented to the planning commission had to be signed off by the fire district before any approval is given to a development. Susan Anderson Planning Commission told the Board that several firms had presented bids to the planning Commission for a master plan.. The PC has approved the firm of FoxFire for the work. PC needs the endorsement from the Town for this firm. Bickle made a motion to endorse Foxfire for the job, 2nd Bdwards, carried. Contract between Foxfire and Town to be presented at the next meeting. PC also presented to the Board application from Shelton to condominize 2 4- plexes in town. Trustees asked to comment on or before hearing on this before PC March 19, as there seems to be concern about water service lines. A garage located in a r -1 district is reportedly may have business operation this will be looked into to see if this is in violation of the zoning Ordinance.
