The regular meeting of the Fraser Town Council was held
March 6, 1974 at the town Building. Meeting was called
to order at 7:15 p.m. by Mayor Leonard and found the
following members present: John Salazar, Steven Morrow,
aniAd Cecil Baker. AlsonClerk Alta Gesellman, Monte
Rogers and guest Larry Peterson and Greg Long.

Mr. Long was introducted and presented a petition to the
board for the vacating of a portion of roadway adjoining
lot 38 in Block 6 of the town of Fraser. The area
contains approximately 3.22 square feet of land. Board
realized that this could happen as on other surveys it
has found that buildings are not entirely on lots as so
stated. An ordinace for the vacating of the property
described in above petition was read. Discussion held.
Moved by Salazar, 2nd by Baker and carried that Ordinance
#50 be approved and ordered published.
Mr. Peterson ask if he would be allowed to vote in upcoming
election. Only residents within the city limits will be
allowed to vote.
Election to be held. April 2, 1974 Town Building 7:00 AM
to 7:00 p.m. Judges approved for election: Arlene Winter,
Helen Florquist, Loilv Alternate Judges Lois
Macklberg, StadrasStricklin. Clerks Violet Frye Betty
Morrow. Alternate Clerk Cristie Clayton.
Moved by Steven Morrow, 2nd by John Salazar and carried the
meeting time be changed to 2528:00 p.m. for the summer

Discussion held on several water billings in town.
Monte to check in to number of taps at Claytons Apts
and trailer court and also at Cliff Claytons trailer
court and report findings to clerk for correct billing.
Moved by Morrow, 2nd by Salazar and carried that meeting adjourn
at 8:50 p.m.
