DESIGNATING OFFICIAL TO ISSUE CERTIFICATES AS TO
LIABILITY FOR ASSESSMENTS FOR MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough o:
Carteret, County of Middlesex and State of New Jersey that Kathleen M. Barney, Municipal
Clerk, be designated as the person to issue certificates as to liability for assessments for
Municipal Improvements as provided by R.S. of New Jersey 1937, Title 54:5-18-3.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall take effect immediately.
Adopted this 1st day of January, 2003
and certified as a tree copy of the original
on January 2, 2003.
