® SECTION II.
Each payment of expenses under this ordinance must be supported by a fully itemized
claim.
SECTION III.
The Board of Public Works or the Common Council shall review and allow the claim
at its next regular or special meeting following the preapproved payment of the expense.
SECTION IV.
All other ordinances, resolutions or parts thereof in conflict with the provisions and
the intent of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
This Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon passage of the Greencastle
Common Council and its approval by the Mayor.
