DESIGNATING OFFICIAL DEPOSITORIES
OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT AND IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that the

First Fidelity
MBIA-Municipal Investors Service Corp.
Fleet
New Jersey Arbitrage Rebate Management Program
First Union Bank/Wachovia
Sovereign Community Bank
State of New Jersey Cash Management
Berkely Federal Bank & Trust
First Savings and Loan
Lehman Brothers
Ocwen Federal Bank FSB
Trust Company Bank
Commerce Bank
Unity Bank
Amboy National Bank
be and are hereby designated as the official depositories of the Borough of
Carteret and that checks for the payment of money upon said official
depositories, be signed on behalf of the Borough of Carteret by the Mayor,
Municipal Clerk and the Borough Treasurer;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect
immediately.
Adopted this 1st day of January, 2003
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 2, 2003.
