Absent Werkman and Van Heiden. Motion by Buseman second by Eilderts to approve the minutes of the April regular meeting. All ayes, carried. Motion by Nederhoff second by Eilderts to approve the Treasurer’s report for April. All ayes, carried. Motion by Eilderts second by Buseman to approve the following bills for payment. A pump at the sewer plant will be replaced by Mississippi Valley Pump. After the new pump is installed MVP will pull the second pump and make any necessary repairs. Motion by Eilderts second by Nederhoff to award the 1st St. asphalt project to Blacktop Services Co. Cost to be $10,105.00. All ayes, carried. City Clerk to advertise for Pool Manager and Lifeguards.
