APPOINTING A BOROUGH ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Borough Attorney in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor am
Council of the Borough of Carteret that
ROBERT J. BERGEN
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Borough Attorney, effective January 1, 2003,
term to expire December 31, 2003.
Adopted this 1st day of January, 2003
and certified as a true copy of the original
on January 2, 2003.
