It is the feeling of the Board that they have discussed with Mr. Davis all of the terms concerning the extention 66 the water main since Nov. 1976 the Board will stand firm on their dfcission that the main will be extended by Davis to provide water for the structure of an office building, and that this building will be coneccted to the new main. Bickle made a motion to order the Town Clerk to start turn off prucedure to this building for delinquent tap fees and usage fees, as no water can be provided to this building as no water main exists, instructing Davis tp provide a written agreement to extend this main if he wishes to be serviced with water fnom the Town. 2nd Miller. motion carried.
